Red Iron Oxide - Creates Beer bottle browns.

Chrome Flour - (Iron Chromite) produces green colours in glass containers - from Emerald Green to Deadleaf Greens.

Iron Pyrites - is used to produce Amber colours in glassware. Golden ambers contain about 0.15% Fe 2O 3 to 0.4% for Deep Ambers.

Manganese Umbers are used in the production of Black Champagne bottles, etc.

Anthracite / Coke - is used as a reductant to trim redox levels.

Copper Black Oxide creates the "green stain" in ceramic glazes and glass manufacture.
